Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre acknowledges the Dja Dja Wurrung people and Aboriginal owners of country throughout Australia and pays respect to them, their culture and their Elders past, present and future.
We are dedicated to providing a happy, inclusive community place for learning, gathering and sharing.
The Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre, located in the town's historic Old Courthouse, is a dynamic organisation offering a range of activities, including pre-accredited and general courses as well as community development programs, information and training to satisfy the needs of our very diverse community.
Daylesford Neighbourhood Centre's day to day management is undertaken by the Manager, Danny Liversidge with support from Linda Caroll, Margie McConvill and Ethen Morrison.
If you have any ideas for courses you’d like to participate in or have a skill or talent you’d like to teach, please drop us a line or pop in and chat to our friendly staff.
The Centre is led by the Committee of Management, currently six members, made up of interested and skilled community members. We are always looking for new members to join our committee. If you have a passion for your community, and want to see its activities supported and its aspirations fostered then you might consider being part of our Committee. Contact can be made with the Manager first, who will give you an overview of the role, and then pass on contact details for the current President, Gina Lyons.
